The Wedding Ceremony: Fairytale Fantasy Done Right
With an event costing over 3 million US dollars, Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello gave us all wedding goals when they tied the knot at Breakers Palm Beach Resort in Florida.
Celebrations began on Saturday where the couple and close family friends relaxed by the pool with cocktails and music, right before entering their lavish style rehearsal dinner. The bride to be looked sexy by the pool in a white cover-up, while at the rehearsal dinner she donned a transparent detailed dress with ruffles at one end.
For the pre-wedding cocktail event, the bride-to-be was seen in a customized Mark Zunino dress that included beading with lace and layers of organza. This was followed by the grand Zuhair Murad gown at the wedding reception.
Renowned celebrity florist of the Four Seasons Hotel, Jeff Leatham took charge as lead artistic decorator, creating a magical picture perfect ambience comprising of gorgeous grandiose floral displays. The lavish use of roses and hydrangeas made the indoor formal affair a dreamy one.
The ceremony took place in front of a minister where the couple exchanged their vows with ‘I wills’ while the minister read Biblical passages in Spanish and English. For the wedding gifts, guests were requested to make donations to one of the two charities supported by the couple.
It all concluded with a relaxing post wedding brunch with guests present at the resort. After the wedding weekend extravaganza, the couple was spotted honeymooning on a private island resort in the Turks and Caicos.
